For the past three years the Coding Summer School has become an indispensable tool for hundreds of children wanting to pursue a STEM (Sciences, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) career. In this discussion, this pioneering method and the effect it has on youth, will be further analysed. An MEP as well as other policy makers from the public and private sectors, were present to discuss with the young participants, the significance of having STEM and ICT (Information and Communication Technology) skills in the 21st century in the aerospace sector.
